Charles Manna is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of G2 Real Estate Partners. From 1998 until joining G2, he worked at Lehman Brothers, where his diverse responsibilities included client coverage, debt and equity transaction origination as well as structuring, syndication and product development. From 2000 to 2008, he was a senior member of the Large Loan Group, during which time he originated over $20 billion of transactions. In 2008, Mr. Manna provided senior oversight on the successful sale of over $4 billion of senior debt, B-notes and mezzanine debt in 65 separate transactions. Since the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy in 2008, he has worked with the firm’s creditors and advisors to help stabilize, manage and restructure legacy loan and equity positions. In this capacity, Mr. Manna has resolved and/or restructured debt and equity positions in assets with aggregate acquisition valuation in excess of $30 billion. From 1998 through 2000, he originated, structured and closed lease-backed mortgage transactions and participated in placing loans and securities with investors. Mr. Manna graduated with a B.S. in Liberal Studies from Regents College, and earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
