Susan Gretchko is Managing Partner of G2 Investment Group. She is an internationally accomplished entrepreneur and business executive who has had a 25 plus year career in building, leading and growing successful organizations. Prior to joining G2, she was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting. During her tenure at Deloitte Consulting, Susan served as the America’s and Global Practice Leader of Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice, growing revenues to over 200 million dollars. Susan also sat on the Global Operations Committee with strategic and leadership responsibilities across Deloitte Consulting’s Global Operations.
Susan also served as an Executive Vice President and Practice Leader at Aon Corporation, leading the efforts to position Aon Consulting to win a landmark 100 million dollar contract.
Prior to Aon, Susan was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, where she was the trusted advisor to Fortune 500 CEO’s and led the Organizational Transformation and Leadership Practice.
Susan has successfully developed, launched and sold entrepreneurial ventures in the Financial and Real Estate Industries. She currently sits on the Search for Common Ground Endowment Fund, Inc. Board, and has previously designed and facilitated the Search for Common Ground Mid East Initiative for Peace and Cooperation’s Civil Society consultative meetings in London, Spain, Helsinki and Cyprus.
