Brian Feldman is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for G2 Advisors, LLC and MB Global Advisers, LLC as well as a Managing Director at G2 Investment Group. Prior to joining G2, Mr. Feldman was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Acorn Advisory Capital/Pergamon Advisors, affiliated investment managers who managed several fund-of funds and quantitative trading hedge funds, and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at AM Investment Partners, LLC, a multi-strategy investment manager. Prior to joining AM Investment Partners, he spent five years in private practice at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson in New York, where he focused on investment management and securities regulatory issues. Mr. Feldman graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned a J.D. from the Georgetown University School of Law.
