Carolina Palacios is Corporate Controller at G2 Investment Group. Ms. Palacios is a seasoned accountant with 21 years of experience in the accounting field. Before joining G2, she was Corporate Controller at TPG Capital Management where she oversaw accounting operations for its New York, London, and Asia offices. Prior to TPG, Ms. Palacios was Accounting Manager at Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, where her responsibilities included managing the firm’s worldwide spending commitments for the management company and its various funds and financial reporting. Before Warburg Pincus, she was Controller for HBO Latin America Media Services, and prior to that, she held accounting positions at Primedia Consumer Magazine Group and at Sadlier, a publishing company. Ms. Palacios earned a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Global Management, both from University of Phoenix.
