Dori Karjian is Managing Director and General Counsel at G2 Investment Group. He is also Principal and General Counsel at Three Sticks, LP. Prior to joining G2, Mr. Karjian was Principal and General Counsel at Liberty Pacific Securities/Liberty Pacific Capital, a Seattle-based merchant banking firm. From 1999 to 2004, he was in private practice, where he focused on corporate finance and securities work, representing emerging companies across a broad range of industries. Mr. Karjian graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and earned a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
