Heather Quinn is Managing Director at G2 Capital Markets, specializing in structured credit products and distribution. Heather spent fourteen years with Swiss Re Financial Products (SRFP) and was instrumental in launching the structured credit product business. Heather structured and purchased credit receivables and cash flow CDOs for SRFP and entered into some of the first generation credit default swap portfolio trades. In support of this buy-side activity, Heather structured and launched a $2 billion US asset-backed commercial paper conduit with one of the world’s largest banks. In 2002, Heather moved to SRFP’s capital markets credit group. From 2002 to 2008, she structured and traded cash flow CDOs, structured over $600mm of rated synthetic CDO and ABS CDO tranches and distributed over $200mm in structured credit product. Heather also established trading relationships for a proprietary credit derivatives product company and launched a multi-billion dollar ABCP conduit in Canada. From 2008 to 2010, Heather worked in Legacy and helped SRFP unwind both the credit and structured interest rate swap portfolios. Heather graduated cum laude from Boston College with a degree in Philosophy and Marketing (Wallace E. Carroll School of Management). Heather has an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from The New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
