Jeffrey Mudrick is Managing Director at G2 Real Estate Partners. From 2006 to 2008, he served as Head of Commercial Real Estate Credit Distribution and Co-Head of Commercial Real Estate Credit Trading at Citi Markets & Banking. Mr. Mudrick’s responsibilities included structuring, pricing and distribution of newly-originated, large commercial real estate loans. Additionally, he was responsible for whole loan trading and secondary trading of commercial real estate credit positions. Prior to joining Citi Markets & Banking, Mr. Mudrick spent 11 years at Lehman Brothers as both a research analyst and trader, covering residential and commercial real estate markets. From 2004 to 2006, he led Lehman Brothers’ New Origination Trading & Distribution effort for CMBS, while also serving as Product Manager for credit derivative products across ABS, CMBS and RMBS. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Mudrick initiated and directed the Commercial Mortgage Research Group at Lehman Brothers. During this period, he was consistently ranked among the top strategists on Wall Street, achieving at least a Top 3 ranking from Institutional Investor magazine. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Mudrick served as an Associate Portfolio Manager for Federated Investors’ residential mortgage-backed securities funds from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Mudrick graduated with honors from Haverford College with a B.A. in Chemistry and earned an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
