John Ou is Director of G2 Capital Markets where he specializes in the residential mortgage-backed securities credit trading. Prior to joining G2, Mr. Ou was a Director at Guggenheim Securities from 2006 to 2011, where he headed up the residential-ABS trading desk. Prior to Guggenheim, Mr. Ou headed the adjustable-rate mortgage trading desk at Descap Securities and traded adjustable-rate mortgages at Countrywide Capital Markets. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics/Business from the University of California Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
