Lerman is the Chief Financial Officer of MB Global Advisers, LLC and G2 Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining G2, Mr. Lerman was a financial consultant for the private equity firm Kohlberg & Company where he was responsible for overseeing various functions of the finance department. From 1998 to 2011, Mr. Lerman was the Financial Controller of CI Capital Partners LLC. Up until 2007, CI Capital was the private equity affiliate of Caxton Associates specializing in middle market leverage buyouts and investing on behalf of an allocation from Caxton’s fund. Mr. Lerman oversaw the tracking and upkeep of all the financial records for CI Capital and its investment entities including the launch of its own $600 million fund after its split from Caxton. Before joining CI Capital, Mr. Lerman was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC from 1996 to 1998 where he was in charge of the financial audits of several large SEC registered clients. From 1992 to 1996, he gained general accounting, audit and tax experience as a Senior Accountant at Mahoney Cohen & Company, a public accounting firm located in New York City. Mr. Lerman graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park and is a Certified Public Accountant.
