Michelle Levy is Managing Director at G2 Real Estate Partners, responsible for oversight of platform operations, new fund formation, coordination of fund management and investor relations. Prior to joining G2, she was a Managing Director at CWCapital Investments since 2003. She was most recently responsible for managing operations and co-managing the structured debt investment management platform. Ms. Levy was also Portfolio Manager for CWCapital’s first commingled managed vehicle, a mezzanine debt fund that she formed at her prior organization, and key management member of the firm’s second enhanced yield debt fund, which she was centrally involved in structuring, capitalizing and operating. Her additional responsibilities included business development, encompassing pursuit of strategic initiatives, new fund formation, management of relationships with prospective and existing capital investors, and serving on multiple investment, allocation and conflict resolution committees. Before joining CWCapital, she was a Principal at Lend Lease, having joined its predecessor company in 1991, and prior was an Associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at The First Boston Corporation. Ms. Levy graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
