Rich Di Vito is a Director at G2 Capital Markets where he is head of Distressed Trading. Prior to joining G2, Rich spent twelve years working as a senior research analyst in the distressed and proprietary trading businesses at Lehman Brothers and then Barclays Capital, where he covered a number of high profile distressed credits in the power and financial sectors. Over the course of his career Rich has worked closely with distressed professionals on both the investment and advisory sides of the business and he has served as lead researcher or lead negotiator in several large restructuring matters, including Enron, Lehman Brothers, CIT, TXU, Dynegy and Scotia Pacific among others. His experience spans the public and private market, domestic and international, bank loans and trade claims, straight corporate debt and more structured products including leveraged leases and project finance. Rich graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Villanova University in 1996 and earned his MBA in Financial Services from St. Johns University in 1998.
