Ruth Barone is a Senior Vice President at G2 Real Estate Partners, focusing on providing both debt and equity to prominent real estate investors and developers. Prior to joining G2, Ms. Barone was President and Founder of Glenmere Capital Partners, a real estate investment banking and advisory firm, where she was responsible for the execution of structured finance transactions, joint ventures and the sale and restructure of commercial real estate debt. Previously, Ms. Barone was Managing Director of Stillwater Capital Partners LP, Real Estate Asset-Backed Funds where she managed a $300M commercial real estate loan portfolio, structured fund level debt and formed participations with other fund and institutions. Ms. Barone spent 12 years as Senior Vice President of Carlton Advisory Services, Inc. where she was responsible for billions of dollars of structured financing, across all asset classes, on behalf of leading investors and developers. At Carlton, she was also responsible for the sale of commercial real estate loan portfolios on the secondary market. Ms. Barone began her career at Atlantic Realty Group as Director of Acquisitions where she was responsible for sourcing and negotiating the acquisition and financing of real estate properties and portfolios for the firm.
