Timothy Dick is a Managing Director at G2 Investment Group, responsible for asset management for hospitality investments. Prior to joining G2, Mr. Dick served as Head of the Hotel Asset Management Team at TriMont Real Estate Advisors, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than 170 hotels located throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. Before joining TriMont in 2003, he was Director of Asset Management at Hardin Capital, LLC, a private hotel development and investment company, where he managed a $200 million portfolio of 12 hotels located in urban centers throughout the U.S. In this capacity, he developed strategic business plans and oversaw the operations of management companies relating to new developments, redevelopments and stabilized properties. Prior to Hardin Capital, Mr. Dick spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he managed the Atlanta office of its Global Hospitality and Leisure Consulting Group. There he provided a broad range of consulting and valuation services to major financial institutions, public pension plans and hotel franchisors. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Dick held consulting positions at Landauer Associates and PKF, where he provided valuation and market analysis for hotels and other commercial real estate classes. Mr. Dick graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from West Virginia University and a Master of Professional Studies from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the Counselors of Real Estate, the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, the Hotel Asset Managers Association and the Cornell University Council.
